About Chef

Tino started learning how to cook at a very young age.  Taking every sort of cooking class offered throughout grade school and learning from his parents.  He was introduced to a variety of recipes and techniques as well as teachers and Chefs.  He enlisted in the Military while still in high school and when he came back from training he went right on into Culinary School.  It was this school that lead him to his first cooking job where he quickly climbed the ranks.

After 20 plus years cooking and serving in the industry he, alongside his wife and four furry companions, decided to launch Dragonfly Travels LLC, the personal chef service company that trots the United States in pursuit of growth, creativity and a desire to bring the right kind of restaurant quality experience to the consumers he so loves engaging with.  Dragonfly Travels is here for all of your events, turning your kitchen into your own personal Chef's Table.
